Matthew Swope is a New York–based jewellery designer known for bold, one-of-a-kind pieces blending natural stones with unexpected materials like resin and vintage components. A self-taught maker with a background in fashion retail—including time at Comme des Garçons—Swope launched his namesake line in 2004. His work is deeply influenced by Eastern philosophy and embraces contrasts: organic vs. synthetic, subtle vs. oversized. Every piece is handmade and intentionally unique, guided by instinct, chance, and material discovery.
