WHAT IS PRE ORDER?
You now have exclusive priority access to international collections as well as must-have accessories before anyone else does. We have created the ability for you to pre-order certain designers and styles to avoid disappointment when they land in store. Sought after designers and styles sell out fast, this gives you the heads up and opportunity to secure your sizes before they sell out. Sign up to our eNews or follow us on our socials to stay up to date with all new pre-order products launching online and in-store.
HOW DOES PRE ORDER WORK ONLINE?
1. You will see an estimate time of arrival outlined in red on each pre-order product page, this will give you an estimate date on when your item is expected to arrive. Please note these are estimates, if the time frame exceeds the time frame you will be notified by our customer care team.
2. If you agree with the estimate time of arrival on the product information page place your order as normal. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
3. Once the arrival time of your item is near, our friendly customer care team will be in touch with an update on dispatch.

If there are any unforeseen delays outside of the estimate time advertised you will have the option to cancel your order and be offered a full refund.
